Q&A
This Some frequently asked questions are below, if you have another question, please get in contact!
I would normally ask to meet the couple (with the planner if there is one) 1-2 times before the ceremony to learn the couple’s story, to draft & finalize the flow of the wedding. The meetings could be conducted either online or offline. Besides, a rehearsal is also needed to ensure the wedding flow goes as smoothly as possible.
I have hosted Vietnamese and interracial tea ceremonies (a balance between Vietnamese and Singaporean or Chinese tea ceremonies). I, however, would recommend having a coordinator team to support as it requires lots of logistics and preparations.
The decision should lie on how well you can plan your own wedding & if you have anybody to support during the ceremony day, for example, 1 person to help control sound & music (an important factor to set the mood of the party), 1 person is in charge of supporting the flow, etc.
lf you are doing an outdoor wedding, I would recommend hiring a coordinator team.
I am comfortable with hosting games that involve participation of all parties, the friends and the couple. My goal is to make the guests feel welcome, included & appreciated for their presence in the wedding.
After our 1st meeting to see if we are a good fit for each other, you will be asked to deposit 50% if you want to secure my service on that date. The remaining will be paid after the big day 🙂
Absolutely. I have hosted at some destinations such as Da Lat, Long Hai, Binh Duong, and I am willing to travel to other cities or provinces. An additional fee for transport and accommodation would be added though.
